High Protein Cheesecake Jars

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are the perfect sweet treat to have in your fridge. They are made with four simple ingredients and come together in just a few minutes! Feel free to add on your favorite toppings to customize to your liking!



Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste

Graham Cracker Dust

  • 5 graham crackers, crushed


  • Fresh Fruit

Chocolate Cheesecake

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, if desired
  • chocolate bar, shaved for topping


  1. In a blender or food processor, add in the cottage cheese, greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Next, add the graham crackers to a baggie and crush with hands until it’s turns to a fine powder.
  3. Assemble jars with 1.5 tbsp of crushed graham crackers, then 1/4 cup of cheesecake filling and then finish it off with your favorite fruit for a topping.
  4. If making the chocolate version, mix in cacao powder to cheesecake filling until smooth and add in more sweetener if desired. Then assemble like the rest. Finish off with chocolate shavings if desired.


  • To make this cheesecake filling smooth in creamy, it’s necessary to use a blender, food processor or an immersion blender.
  • Add on your favorite fruit or toppings to create different flavors.
  • Use these 4oz jars for the perfect single serve size!

  1. I made these. I used a sugar-free maple syrup . Not exactly a cheesecake flavor, but certainly yummy! Will definitely make again!
